This consultation is ONLY for clients that have already completed a full Metabolic Health Assessment and want to continue to improve their health. In this consultation we revisit your initial plan and tweak according to needs and progress. I provide help, guidance, education and support, to move you forward towards your goal. Please note: If you have substantial health issues to tackle, it would be more cost effective for you to choose the "Course of 4 Follow-Ups"
