Understanding Health in Real Life

Education has always been central to my work.
Before qualifying as a Nutritional Therapist, I spent many years working in residential care management, supporting adults with complex health needs while delivering staff training and development.
Today, I combine nutrition, coaching and education to help individuals, groups and organisations better understand the factors influencing
metabolic health, menopause, healthy ageing and long-term wellbeing.
I am also an ambassador for The Public Health Collaboration, supporting GP surgeries to improve health outcomes and reduce prescription dependency through lifestyle and metabolic health approaches.
My aim is not simply to provide information, but to help people make sense of their health, understand the factors influencing their wellbeing, and feel more confident in the choices they make.

“Amazingly flavoursome food, so easy to prepare. Introduced some key ingredients that you will use every day, so there’s no wastage on your initial outlay. Loads of nutritional advice and correcting
some false assumptions about nutrition, so you get the best out of the food types you buy.” MT, Swindon

Why My Approach Is Different
My work brings together experience from several interconnected areas:
Nutritional therapy
Metabolic health practice
Residential care management
Staff training and development
Family caregiving
This combination allows me to bridge the gap between nutrition science and the realities of everyday life, including ageing, caregiving, and long term health. It keeps the work grounded, practical, and relevant to real people in real situations, not just theory.
